At trendinmode.com, we strive to deliver the highest quality craftsmanship and premium fashion footwear to our global customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our warranty, return, and refund policies are outlined transparently below.
Multi-Channel Purchases Disclaimer:
This Return & Warranty Policy applies exclusively to orders placed directly through trendinmode.com. For purchases made via third-party marketplaces (such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, AliExpress, or TEMU), please consult and follow the official return policies and procedures of the respective platform where the order was placed. Our customer support team cannot process returns for external marketplace orders.
1. 7-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind / No-Reason Returns)
We offer a 7-day return window for customers who wish to return an item for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other personal reasons.

The Window: You have 7 calendar days from the exact date of delivery (as indicated by the logistics carrier’s tracking number) to request a return.

The Return Shipping Fee & Duties: For all change-of-mind or no-reason returns, the return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and related administrative duties are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Please note that any import duties, customs clearance fees, or brokerage fees incurred upon the returned package entering our warehouse will be deducted from your final refund amount. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.

Eligibility Criteria for Footwear: To qualify for a full refund, the shoes must be returned in brand-new, completely unworn, unaltered, and pristine condition.

The original protective films on the shoe soles must be entirely intact and scratch-free.

Shoes that exhibit excessive creasing/wrinkles on the upper leather, stretching of the straps, dirt, or carrying any odors (such as perfume or cigarette smoke) will be strictly rejected for return.

The shoes must be returned inside their original brand box, along with all packaging materials, dust bags, and accessories.

Important Note: Please do not use the original brand shoe box directly as the outer shipping box. Wrap it securely in an extra shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit. Damaged shoe boxes may result in a deducted refund or rejection.

2. Size Exchanges (Exchanges Policy)
If you need to exchange your footwear for a different size of the same style, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The Rule: The Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and potential customs fees to return the original item to our warehouse under the same eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.

Our Brand Courtesy: To show our appreciation for your brand loyalty, the Seller will cover the international shipping cost of delivering the new replacement size back to you once for free.
3. Defective or Quality-Related Issues (Seller’s Warranty)
We take product quality extremely seriously. Every pair of shoes undergoes rigorous manual inspection before being shipped internationally. If you receive an item that is structurally damaged, defective, or misdescribed:

The Notification Window: You must contact our customer support team at contact@trendinmode.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographic/video evidence showing the manufacturing defect or damage.

The Return Shipping Fee: If the issue is officially confirmed as a manufacturing quality defect or a shipping error on our part, the Seller (TRENDIN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED) will bear the full cost of the return shipping. We will either provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receiving the receipt.

Resolution: Upon verification of the quality issue, we will offer you a choice of a brand-new replacement, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Any item that is requested for return more than 7 calendar days after delivery.

Shoes that show visible signs of wear on the soles, upper leather, stretching, dirt, or any alterations.

Minor cosmetic variations (such as screen color rendering differences, light photographic color variations, or minor handcrafted crystal/jeweled embellishment alignments) which do not constitute a structural manufacturing defect.

Items purchased during final clearance sales, flash sales, or marked explicitly as non-returnable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process, please strictly follow these steps:

State the exact reason for your return (e.g., Size Exchange, Change of Mind, or Quality Defect). If it is a quality defect, please attach clear photos/videos.

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide the authorized Return Shipping Address and complete return instructions.

Warning: Do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the original shipping label or our registered corporate office without prior written authorization from our team. We cannot process or track packages sent back without an authorized return request, and such packages will be considered abandoned.
6. Refund Processing Times
Once your return package is delivered to our designated warehouse and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days, depending entirely on your financial institution’s processing times.
